With a strong commitment to delivering positive impact and maintaining a collaborative culture, they are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to provide immediate support within their finance team. This is a full‑time, office‑based role located on the western city fringe within a dynamic and supportive environment. In your new role, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality accounting support across both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end‑to‑end Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, receipting, reconciliations and debtor management
- Overseeing end‑to‑end Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, payment runs and supplier reconciliations
- Investigating and resolving finance‑related queries
- Maintaining accurate financial data within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
This short‑term contract requires someone who can quickly step in and deliver immediate value.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as an Accounts Officer, across both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (essential)
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast‑paced team
- NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Clearance (current or willing to obtain)
